I’m a freelance writer and specialize in helping people like you concentrate on their passion while I work magic behind the scenes. I’ll take on the writing for your blog, website, e-course, books and newsletters so you can focus on what you do best.

So how do you know I’ll be good for your business?

I have 12 years experience in the corporate world as:

  • a communications manager where I learnt to write and edit great copy for everything from websites and emails to postcards and magazines
  • a personal assistant so I’m organized and great with my time
  • a web master so I understand how to make web pages look good
  • and as a project manager so I know how to keep projects to time and budget.

Plus I’m an enthusiastic blogger having started my first blog back in 2006. I’ve since completed a year-long project to try a new craft every week for a year (52 crafts in 52 weeks) and I now write about life with my toddler Emily and baby Annabelle (pinwheels and stories). I’ve also written about crafting and creativity for Indie Fixx and Whipup. Plus I was a regular contributor to UK Handmade magazine writing about the UK craft scene.

Hiring me is easy

First, send me a quick email outlining what you’re after. We’ll have an initial 20 minute free consultation call on Skype or Face Time. If we’d both like to proceed you can then purchase a block of hours ($30 per hour for up to 10 hours; $25 an hour for 10+) and provide a brief.

Once I’ve received your payment and brief I’ll contact you within 3 days to confirm the details, sign contracts, and get started.
