I’m a long time fan of Lisa Leake’s blog 100 Days of Real Food. And I have definitely changed our eating habits thanks to it. But for a few weeks now I’ve been suffering as a result of “something” in my diet – maybe too much wheat, maybe dairy, maybe sugar. So I’ve decided to cut out even more processed food and increase the good stuff in our diet to see if that improves things.
Lisa has got a great plan to help people make the switch to real food in 14 weeks. I’m starting right now with week 1: Eat a minimum of two different fruits or vegetables (preferably organic) with every breakfast, lunch, and dinner meal.
We do eat a lot of fruit and veg but we don’t hit two for every meal so this will be a challenge. Let me know if you want to join us in our challenge!
